Insurance
We currently accept Blue Cross/Blue Shield, AllKids, United Healthcare, Aetna, HealthChoice, Alabama Medicaid, PHCS, and Viva. If your policy is not listed here, please call for further information.
Our office files your insurance as a courtesy to you, but please keep in mind that the patient, parent
or guardian is ultimately responsible for payment. Make certain that you have your insurance card when you come for your initial visit, as it is necessary to verify coverage.
You are required by your insurance company to pay your co-pay at every visit, and we are contractually obligated to collect it. Please pay your co-pay at check-in, so that you will be able to leave immediately following your visit.
For our families with high-deductible insurance plans, we ask that you pay your responsibility as soon as possible after each visit or with each statement. If you receive an Explanation of Benefits for an office visit from your insurance company and you have not yet received a statement from our office, you may call our office to confirm your account balance.
As your medical provider, we want to provide you with the best care possible. There may be certain routine services that we feel are necessary for the maintenance of your health that are not covered by insurance. However, we will never order testing or perform any services that we do not feel are absolutely necessary for your proper treatment and care.
Certain routine procedures may not be covered by your policy. If you have questions about your coverage, contact your insurance provider.
